Pluggerzz Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Pluggerzz, we are committed to connecting you with skilled professionals to complete your tasks efficiently and reliably. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a refund or cancel a booking made through the Pluggerzz platform.
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
1.1 Free Cancellations Before Tasker Acceptance
- You can cancel a booking free of charge before the Tasker accepts the job.
- To cancel, go to your booking details in the Pluggerzz app or website and select "Cancel Booking."
- If the booking is cancelled before acceptance, any pre-paid service fees for booking services will be fully refunded.
1.2 Cancellations Due to Tasker Unavailability
If a Tasker is unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the following options are available:
- Reschedule your appointment: We will work with you to find a new time that suits you.
- Cancel your booking and receive a full refund: If the booking was pre-paid, no cancellation fees will apply.
1.3 Late Cancellations (After Tasker Acceptance)
- If you cancel after a Plugger has accepted your booking, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the timing and circumstances.
- Fees are applied to compensate Taskers for lost time and potential job opportunities.
2. REFUND POLICY
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Plugger fails to show up without prior notice or a valid reason.
- Plugger cancels the booking after accepting it, and a suitable replacement cannot be arranged.
- Service is not completed as agreed due to an error on the Plugger’s part.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a full refund:
- You cancel a confirmed booking after the Plugger accepts it.
- You are dissatisfied with the service quality, but the Tasker has completed the job as described.
- Minor inconveniences or delays occur during the service.
- You request additional services beyond the original scope, resulting in extra charges.
2.3 Refund Processing
- Refunds for bookings will be processed to your Pluggerzz wallet or original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have any concerns regarding your refund or cancellation request, we encourage you to contact Pluggerzz support. Our team will review the issue and work towards a fair resolution.

- Provide relevant evidence (e.g., photos, messages, or receipts) if applicable.
- Our support team will review your case and respond within 3-5 business days.

- This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through the Pluggerzz app and website.
- Pluggerzz is a platform that connects Users with independent Pluggers. We do not directly provide services and are not responsible for Plugger performance.
- Pluggerzz reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website and app.
- By using the Pluggerzz platform, you agree to be bound by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
