Customer Support Lead
Team: Support/Operations • Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote by agreement) • Type: Full-time / Contract
What you’ll own
  • Run day-to-day support across Customers and Pluggers (email + in-app).
  • Handle escalations (refunds, cancellations, disputes, trust & safety flags).
  • Build clear support playbooks, macros, and “what good looks like” standards.
  • Track core metrics (first response time, resolution time, CSAT, repeat contact rate).
  • Partner with Product/Ops to turn recurring issues into fixes (not just replies).
What we’re looking for
  • Experience leading support in a marketplace, services, or fast-moving consumer app.
  • Strong judgement on refunds/disputes and calm communication under pressure.
  • Comfortable writing policy-friendly responses and documenting processes.
  • Bonus: experience with Zendesk/Intercom/HubSpot helpdesk or similar.

Operations Coordinator
Team: Operations • Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote by agreement) • Type: Full-time / Contract
What you’ll own
  • Keep the marketplace running smoothly: fulfilment, reliability, and response speed.
  • Improve processes for onboarding Pluggers (verification, profile quality, readiness).
  • Monitor cancellations/no-shows and help reduce repeat issues.
  • Create lightweight SOPs and quality checks for categories (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  • Support rollouts of new features and ensure teams follow the updated playbooks.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong organiser with great attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with metrics and spreadsheets (basic ops reporting).
  • Confident communicating with providers and customers in a respectful, firm way.
  • Bonus: experience in service operations, logistics, or marketplace ops.

Frontend Developer
Team: Product/Engineering • Location: Remote (UK preferred) • Type: Full-time / Contract
What you’ll build
  • Ship clean, fast, conversion-focused UI for the Pluggerzz web platform.
  • Improve booking flows, trust signals, and friction points across key journeys.
  • Build reusable components with a consistent design system.
  • Work closely with Product/Ops to turn insights into simple user wins.
  • Maintain performance, accessibility, and responsive behaviour across devices.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong experience with modern frontend (React/Next.js preferred).
  • Comfortable with component libraries, state, forms, and API integration.
  • Ability to build “Apple/IKEA-level” simplicity: clean, modern, minimal.
  • Bonus: experience with marketplaces, payments, maps/location, or analytics events.
