Pluggerzz Terms & Conditions (Terms of Service)

1) Who we are

Pluggerzz is operated by MIJAM LIMITED of 6 Yeoman Place, RG5 3BX, England, company number 14221336 (“Pluggerzz”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Pluggerzz is a marketplace platform that connects customers (“Customers”) with independent service providers (“Pluggers”).

2) Definitions

• Platform: the Pluggerzz website, mobile apps and related services.
• Customer / User: a person or business requesting or booking a service.
• Plugger (Supplier): an independent service provider offering services via the Platform.
• Booking: a confirmed service appointment through the Platform.
• Job: the service task(s) described in a request/booking.
• Job Price: the amount charged for the service (excluding Platform fees, where applicable).
• Service Fees: any fees charged by Pluggerzz for use of the Platform (if applicable).

3) Eligibility & account registration

• You must be 18+ to use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

4) What Pluggerzz provides

Pluggerzz provides a platform for discovering, booking, and communicating with Pluggers. Unless expressly stated, Pluggerzz does not provide the services itself.

• Pluggers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Pluggerzz.
• Customers contract directly with Pluggers for the service delivery (subject to any Platform payment flows).

5) Bookings, quotes & job scope

5.1 Job requests

Customers must provide clear and accurate job details. Pluggers may request clarification before accepting.

5.2 Quotes and acceptance

• A Booking is formed when a Plugger accepts a job (or when the Platform confirms an instant booking, if enabled).
• Pluggers should only accept jobs they can complete within the agreed time.

5.3 Scope changes

• If scope changes (extra work/materials/time), both parties must agree to the updated scope and price before additional work begins.
• Use in-platform messaging where possible to keep a clear record.

6) Payments, fees, taxes & wallet

6.1 Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Where payments are taken through the Platform, you authorise Pluggerzz and its payment partners to process payments, refunds and chargebacks in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Platform fees

Pluggerzz may charge Service Fees (e.g., booking or platform fees). Where applicable, fees will be shown before you confirm payment.

6.3 Taxes

• Pluggers are responsible for their own taxes, VAT (if applicable), and legal compliance for providing services.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their purchases, where required by law.

6.4 Wallet/credits (if enabled)

If the Platform provides credits or a wallet, credits may be non-transferable and may be subject to expiry or usage limits disclosed at the time of issue.

7) Cancellations, refunds & disputes

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our published policies, including:

• Refund & Cancellation Policy (Customers and Pluggers)
• Community Guidelines

8) Plugger (Supplier) obligations

• Provide services professionally, safely, and in line with the agreed scope and timeline.
• Maintain accurate profile information and only claim skills/qualifications you genuinely have.
• Hold appropriate licences, permissions, and insurance where required for the services you provide.
• Communicate promptly about delays, access issues, or problems affecting delivery.
• Use Customer personal data only to fulfil bookings and related communications; keep it secure and confidential.

9) Customer obligations

• Provide accurate job details, safe access, and any necessary information for the service.
• Be available at the agreed time (or provide a contact person) and respond reasonably to messages.
• Do not request illegal or unsafe work.
• Treat Pluggers respectfully and follow Community Guidelines.

10) Acceptable use & prohibited activity

You must not use the Platform to:

• Break the law or request/offer illegal services
• Harass, discriminate, threaten, or abuse others
• Commit fraud, impersonation, spam, or scams
• Bypass Platform rules (including repeated attempts to divert users off-platform to avoid fees or safeguards)
• Upload malware, scrape the Platform, or interfere with security or availability
• Post content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

11) User content, reviews & messaging

11.1 User content

You are responsible for content you post or send through the Platform (including job descriptions, photos, and messages). Do not post sensitive personal data unless necessary.

11.2 Reviews

• Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine experiences.
• No fake reviews, incentives, or review manipulation.
• We may remove reviews that breach policy or appear fraudulent.

11.3 Licence to use content

By posting content, you grant Pluggerzz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for operating and improving the Platform (including safety and fraud prevention).

12) Intellectual property

The Platform (including trademarks, design, software, and content provided by Pluggerzz) is owned by or licensed to Pluggerzz. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform except as permitted by law.

13) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read it.

14) Third-party services

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., payment providers, identity verification). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

15) Disclaimers

• Pluggerzz does not guarantee the quality, timing, legality, or suitability of services provided by Pluggers.
• We work to keep the Platform available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.
• We may use automated systems to support matching, ranking, and fraud prevention, with safeguards in place.

16) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, Pluggerzz will not be liable for:

• loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or indirect/consequential losses; or
• losses arising from services provided by Pluggers, except to the extent caused by Pluggerzz’s breach of these Terms.

Where permitted by law, Pluggerzz’s total liability for claims relating to the Platform in any 12 months will be limited to the amount of Service Fees you paid to Pluggerzz in that period.

17) Indemnity

If you use the Platform for business purposes, you agree to indemnify Pluggerzz against losses, claims, and expenses arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your unlawful conduct, or (c) your infringement of third-party rights.

18) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account (and remove content) if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, our policies, or the law, or if necessary for safety or fraud prevention.

You may close your account at any time. Data deletion requests are handled under our Data Deletion Request Policy.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice via the Platform or email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

20) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their local courts where required by law.
